Senior Anthony Davis of Fountain-Fort Carson rushed for 274 yards in a win against Heritage.
Doherty junior Zach Young, a very talented back on a young but struggling team, rushed for 297 yards and five scores against Colorado Springs Palmer.
Erie junior back Joe Ramsey ran for 210 yards and three scores in a 49-0 win against Thomas Jefferson.
Ethan Marks, the go to back for the run happy Monarch offense, had his best game of the season with 253 yards and three touchdowns as Monarch sent a message defeating 4A #1 Broomfield 42-7.
Silver Creek got back in the win column beating Mead 35-6. The star of the victory was Kyle Kent who rushed for 202 yards.
Linebacker Tanner Smart had a careers worth of interceptions Friday night as he grabbed four in a 31-14 win against Northridge.
How about the pilot of Mustang Air? Ground and pound Ralston Valley has, at times, taken to the air, allowing junior QB Jacob Knipp to throw for over 2,000 yards this season. Friday night Knipp threw four touchdown passes and added one on the ground handing Arvada West a 44-6 defeat.
Senior RB Derion Ibarra put in work Saturday in a 55-18 win over Harrison carrying the ball 32 times for 213 yards.
