2013 ThunderRidge combo guard picks in state DII power.

PrepColorado has learned that ThunderRidge roundballer Zach Rusk has opted to play college basketball at Colorado School of Mines. The 6-3 190 pound Rusk was the top scorer for his 20-6 ThunderRidge squad.

Rusk will be a three year starter going into his senior season. Last season Rusk scored 10.5 points a game and 3.7 assists to go with 5.5 rebounds.

School of Mines is coming off of one of its best seasons and is the defending RMAC champions. Rusk, a combo guard with the ability to defend has the skill set to contribute early for Mines.
