The Centennial state has become a hotbed for tackle talent for the class of 2012 as Arvada West's Paul Thurston and Chaparral's Shane Callahan gain weekly BCS offers. Thurston, a versatile 6-6 266 pound lineman, reports to PrepColorado that he now holds a new offer from the University of Oregon.
This latest Pac 10 offer ups Thurston's tally to seven with more likely on the way. Along with the Ducks, Thurston holds offers from Colorado, Arizona State, Stanford, Michigan, Utah and Nebraska.
Currently, Thurston, Callahan and Alex Kozan of Valor Christian all hold BCS level offers. At the rate they are gaining interest, both Callahan and Thurston could soon be pushing double digit offers.
